Welcome To BLOGMAS Day 19!
‘Sephora’ is one such place where I find myself in a paradise. Although, I don’t find shopping in their stores easy (I mean the enormous crowd and so many products out there that you don’t really know where to splurge your money in!) I really like shopping on their website.
I can take my own sweet time, read reviews and have plenty of time to think before hitting the ‘Pay’ button! So, last week I was wandering through their website and I found the promotion across their site which stated:
CAD$15 off on purchase of $75 and over + Free Shipping!!
This promotion was everything I needed to buy my skincare items. Co-incidentally, I was looking to buy some skincare items but was not sure which brand or store even. It took me 2 days in all to go through Sephora’s vast range of skincare heaven and I ordered the following items!
They aren’t many as it looks but I am one such person who can take days to zero down on even product when it comes to makeup and skincare!
Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream
This 15 ml tub costed my CAD$20. This one also comes in a fill size tub which is 50 ml for CAD$56.
I am using Fresh for the first time and hence decided to give mini size a try first. It has some good reviews about how moist, easy to apply and travel friendly this is.
Origins Glow On Limited Edition
This pack of three contains makeup removal jelly, matte moisturizer and retexturizing mask. Each tube is 15 ml and is worth CAD$12. According to the pack its content is worth CAD$21 so that was a pretty good discount.
This one was in Sephora’s best selling list so I really couldn’t skip all this goodness at such a price!
The reviews are positive too! Can’t wait to pamper myself with these!
Laniege Water Sleeping Mask
I had been longing to buy this one! I have heard some rave reviews about this product and how it should be like an essential to one’s night time skincare routine.
This 70 ml tub was priced at CAD$33 and as per Allure Beauty Expert is one of the best buys of 2017!
I suffer from excessive dry skin when I wake up in the morning. Really waiting to see what wonders this water sleeping mask can do!
First Aid Beauty Clean Canyon
The last thing I bought in was this cleanser cream duo. Although not sure, I think it was a limited edition pack.
This was again value for money as this duo costed CAD$12.50, the content value being CAD$22.50.
This had some mixed reviews but I decided to purchase it as First Aid Beauty have worked pretty well for me in the past.
The Freebies
Shopping online on Sephora has this one perk where we get to choose 3 free samples with our order! I chose the following Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Rescue Mask and Josie Maran’s Whipped Argan Oil Body Butter.
And that is everything I bought! The price I had to pay for this entire purchase was CAD$65 including taxes (I got CAD$15 off due to promotion).
I am waiting to give each of these a try and may be review some of these in the coming weeks!
What are your faves from Sephora’s skincare basket?
Thank you so much for reading through the post:-) See you tomorrow with BLOGMAS Day 20!
