Welcome To BLOGMAS Day 5!
A JUNKSTER NOTE: Before you read through please remember, I am not promoting any of these foods or drinks. I like to indulge in them once in a while. So, in case you want to eat any of them don’t forget, ‘moderate quantity of these foods along with ocassional indulgence is the right way to enjoy them.’
Junk Food– The term we have been hearing all our lives, which we have always been instructed to stay away from yet it’s one of our most indulged guilty pleasures. If you can relate, welcome to the clan!👊
Junk foods I totally agree are not healthy, not nutritional and definitely shouldn’t be eaten on a daily basis . Still, this industry is booming than ever! Simply because a majority of us do not eat to live but live to eat. I too belong to the latter! How can someone not love food! (I mean the junk tasty stuff :p) 😋 😋 😋
But let’s admit this, sometimes we really cannot control the cravings. For instance, usually I cannot stand to eat chocolates but when on my periods, I crave Nutella. I can eat an entire tub! Similarly, when we feel emotional, hormonal or just smell the aroma of our favourite street food, we cannot resist.. And for a majority of us, sometimes takeways are the easiest; I mean who got time to cook.. 😶 (we all got our reasons!)
It’s all cool to indluge in your favourite fast foods once in a while, if at the same time you keep an eye on the quantitiy. Little fun with food never hurts! However, I strongly suggest anything unhealthy you put inside of your body should be in a moderate proportion. (jussst a tip 😉)
All bits aside, now enjoy the taste of my favourite junk foods I sometimes crave to eat up all!
